Recently when I try to install a cia game on fbi I cannot get an option to download at all I can only delete copy rename and paste anybody got a solution

... I'm not sure I can understand everything you're saying but, from what I can, it seems that you don't have the CIA file in your 3DS but are not worried about downloading it through the FBI Application.

If that is the case, then Internet speed isn't an issue for you, in which case I suggest you just download said CIA from your PC's Web Browser, transfer it to your MicroSD and install that with FBI.

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
