    Hi, I was researching the internet about the disc reading problem with the PS2 fat 30001 and found your topic (ps2-takes-a-long-time-to-read-discs). I have this same problem, I replaced laser and flat cable and the problem continued. The disc spins when turning on the console and stop, and after a while spins again and starts the game normally. Did you find a solution to this problem? Thanks, sorry for my bad english
