What can I do for my birthday?

Do you have any friends you could spend a day with? If you do plan a day of going to places around your area you could do something like biking/hiking.

I like those ideas, but no bike, no hiking spots in walkable distance, and no local friends except my very nonpersonable roommate.

There's a local Mexican restaurant that's sorta walkable to, I may go there and order myself 10 extra pounds of deliciousness.

Can your parents or siblings come visit you and take you out?

Maybe... if I could go out and meet new people, I'd definitely do that.

You say that you're going to a Mexican restaurant... why not go near a chick around your age... and tell her that it's your birthday and that there's no better present than meeting her.

I personally hate birthdays... I don't like cake, and I am allergic to chocolate.

I guess you should try and make some new friends, or go to some place nearby you've never been before, but for me I would stay in and work on something I like for now.

I haven't done anything for my birthday in 15+ years. So uhhh, I have no idea.

The last 9 birthdays - I am not the one who WANTS presents but my wife ....every year the same......I do not need this.... (thank you my,little bunny)
I have a day like every other single day.Grateful that i am wake up every morning and can still move and go myself (oh yes there were already other "awakenings" in the past...).The ONLY thing that makes it special from the other days: I KNOW I go to BURGER KING at LUNCH.

Birthday(s) are maybe special days.And thats good,thats a human societies convention,that we have a special event in the year (like Christmas/Eastern and so on..).You have asked "What can I do for my birthday ?" Do what you like,even if that means NOTHING to do.
It is YOUR day.Do not think about "What CAN I do ?"
You do not have a car ? Fine take a bus or train or maybe some crazy thing: take a TAXI.Who cares it is your Birthday.When someone throws the magical question at you "What do want for your Birthday ?" say "Hey,I want YOU as my personal TAXI Driver for this day.Take me where ever I want.....".

If you can’t go anywhere, maybe get something you’ve been wanting for a while and do it e.g. buy and play a game, get a film, etc.

this is what my firendn did like 3 months ago. he took a huge hit and then to like 3 shots of alcholol. then in his infinite wisdom he called me and asked me to choose a number from 1 to 5. with no context i only chose 2. without ani hestiation he hung up and called 2 hookers to his house. then he asked them 2 take shots with him and cross fade and he had a grate tiem. he got mad bpussi b0ss but they robbed his tv thoguh. he says a solid 7.2 out of 10, needed to drink more water,

Maybe have a movie night, get some popcorn, pop that beer, and chill out (outside if you can manage)
