USA vs. THE WORLD: FREESHOP

I was scrolling through freeshop looking for cool apps and I see disney movies such as inside out and big hero 6 as 3ds apps that are JAPAN EXCLUSIVE, and MANGA APPS AND AN NINTENDO ANIME APP (that was shut down) THAT ARE EUROPE EXCLUSIVE...

I don't know what kind of drug made them think that any of these things that usa wouldn't buy... I hate nintendo sometimes for this reason... we are like the 2nd/3rd country to get game releases but mostly of updated versions that were exclusive to japan (monster hunter is a good example of this) but, we are mostly dry when it comes to awesome content or apps that other countries get... this is why the usa is full of game pirates and code hackers nintendo... because you don't give enough content to the usa that people would actually want... yes we want a new pokemon and zelda game but, what other things that could have been possible... monster hunter orage on the usa eshop? pokemon adventures manga on eshop? episodes of pokemon on the eshop? phoenix wright dub/subbed anime on eshop?? I literally just handed nintendo ideas that would litterally make them more money than the price of every organ in my body... and yet, they are probably going to throw them into the "non-usa-exclusive" pile anyways...

It doesn't work that way.

Mainly cause there's a lack of interest in a particular part of the world.
Nintendo needs to think about the majority of the targeted users.
If, for example, a 3DS app comes out that would let you watch GI Joe films and other "Hollywood action" rubbish then ofcourse the US would get it.
Why? because the majority of the US is into that.
Europe would be a 50/50 and Japan won't get it, as perhaps less then 5% of the Jap 3DS users are interested in American made action films.

Same would go for Japanese content.

It's a culture difference as well as a majority issue.

Edit:
Hating Nintendo for it won't solve it at all.
Nor would it justify hacking and piracy.

but, I just don't get why disney movie apps would be more popular in japan if disney is more of an american company than a japanese company... I mean, how can disney movies not be on the usa eshop???

most of it is usually licensing crap i.e Disney signing a contract with say apple to make Disney films exclusive to iphones as their portable films partner (this is just a made up example) or basically the rights to the Disney films being cheaper for Japanese versions but the english versions demanding too much of the revenue to be a viable venture for nintendo to bother with

as for games that dont make it to EU/US, as has already been covered 100 people really really wanting it doesn't make it worth hiring a bunch of translators, production costs etc, basically it falls down to NoA and NoE to decide if they think its a safe bet for their respective market, usually they don't bother unless they know for sure it will be a major title or a 2 minute job, they especially don't like doing text heavy games like RPG's etc (especially for EU as that entails translating to say 3-5 different languages usually)
