Backgrounds! Kotaku does stupid crap like this all the time, and for some reason it's these terrible articles that get the most hits. :sleep:

This is sad. This is pretty much the only stage in KOF 99' that had characters in the background.​
Perfect example of why that game was so soulless, besides having a terrible PSX port (for the love of god, do not buy this on PSN!)​

1. Maybe if you are in the Liberdade, the Japanese area of the city, otherwise no. They look and wear clothes that look like Japanese.

2. I think the artist was more meticulous.

Lol, I meant the picture of the race queens (I should have taken a wider shot, it says 'Sao Paulo GP' in the back, and features more vibrant green and yellow).

Sorry, it is not clear, but, the first comment, after the quotation, is for the first image in the quotation, the second comment, for the second image. Logically! :wink:
