Here in this new blog post I will show you my first iNJECTED Nintendo 64 Wii VC games which use the Expansion Pak accessory that was launched in year 1999, by doing the procedure shown in this thread https://gbatemp.net/threads/n64-expansion-pak-emulation-on-wii-vc-8-mb-of-ram-on-n64-vc.584066/ you can also make some of your favorite N64 games injected on Wii Virtual Console WADs use the extended RAM of the Expansion Pak (4 MB of principal N64 RAM + extra 4 MB of RAM from Expansion Pak = 8 MB of N64 RAM)!
Well, here's some screenshots and explains of my first N64 EXPANSION PAK games on Wii:
1. Hydro Thunder (2000, MIDWAY/Eurocom)
Message of detection of the Expansion Pak:
This game was injected in Mario Golf (NTSC) with romc compression.
The Expansion Pak is required in order for enable the 3-player game and 4-player game multi-player modes.
2. International Superstar Soccer 2000 (2000, KONAMI)
Message of detection of the Expansion Pak:
This game was injected in Star Fox 64 (NTSC) with no compression, with an little-endian (*.n64) ROM.
The Expansion Pak is required in order for enable the settings of the high resolution and maybe increase speed in low resolution.
3. Road Rash 64 (1999, Electronic Arts/THQ)
Message of detection of the Expansion Pak:
This game was injected in Mario Golf (NTSC) with romc compression.
The Expansion Pak is required in order for increase the game speed from 30 FPS to 60 FPS (actual speed depends of the race settings).
