Sending my 3DS in for repairs

As the title says, I am sending my 3DS in for repair. After calling Nintendo a lot and I had my step mom to get it repaired for free. The Scratches on the top screen. Looks like I will be missing the 3DS update. At least I can get it repaired and my step mom is getting me screen protectors. Hopefully my 3DS will be back in time for OoT 3DS. For the mean time, Cave Story DsiWare will tie me over.

a lot? I only called them once and got mine repaired for free

That's wicked anyway, the scratches on the 3D screen are annoying.

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
