Yup. I'm only a human being who wants to improve and earn money, but it's quite hard to survive an environment that is waaaay too noisy, and it's even harder when ALL my co-workers have communication issues. We're all kinda on the same spectrum, but I've gone past that stage a long time ago...I guess?
So it only makes it hard for me, since I work 8 hours a day, sitting infront of the computer, while not having anyone but my boss to talk to, AND I need to tolerate all that noise that never ends.
At the very least, throughout my entire work there, I haven't made a single mistake.
Welp, gotta go update my resume and look for the next job!
P.S: Gonna be honest, but that was my first serious job, so i'm still feeling very emotional about my decision. Like, I found that job as a complete fluke, not throughout the normal way(checking job offers on the internet), so my regrets are filling up, and my fears are piling up again.
Hopefully this time I'll find a job faster...
