Something about a mahjong tournament or something, dragon 3 is something mahjongish, "Oh! Last 1000" or something, then something about a reversal or something and complete victory.
I don't know shit about mahjong, I know very little kanji, and I blow at Japanese, so my translation is probably shit.

@Zantigo: Sorry, for some reason I get updates for absolutely everything EXCEPT responses to my blog posts.

The translation is honitsu (half-flush), yakuhai (3-of-a-kind honors), dora 3 (3 special tiles that give me more multipliers) = Dealer Haneman (>5 multipliers). Comeback Victory!

With that hand alone I came back from behind and won the match (nearly bankrupted the card fighter guy, lol)
