my puppy, named Harley. she passed away in October of 2019, but I still think about her. she would always hide away in my room when she was scared of thunder storms or loud noises.

she had two tumors in her stomach. she was 13 at the time. I lost my other dog the same year a few months earlier.

Oh so sad but she had a good 13 years to lived. That's really matter and she was very fortunately to have you too. Dont let her go of your memory, ever.

@godreborn ,i know what it feels like when you lose an animal that has accompanied you for years,i had a crossbreed calico cat who died on 09/17/2011 at 8.30 am and was 19 years old.
These are things that are not forgotten, especially those who love animals very much!

I got teary-eyed when I said goodbye to both of my dogs, but I never actually cried. I feel very bad about that. I'm not sure if I would if my dad died either. I think I just can't take the stress of feeling sad.

Hardest thing in the world is too let go of our best friends... It's just not fair that God, or whoever our creator is, made us to live for 80-100 years but our pets only for 15-20 years. Not fair! Sorry for your lose and feel your pain. Sadly I think I'm more attached to my animals than people anymore. Memories never die, and think of the good times and keep that at heart always!

I'm sorry for your loss, dude! :sad:

I lost my 2 doggos 2 years apart from each other. The most recent passed away last year, on Feb 12th. The first was due to complications from testicular cancer and the other with an infection due to anal sac disease. We did the best we could, but it was too late for both of them. :(

R.I.P. Harley. You're still a nice girl! :cry:
