Honeygain uses your bandwidth (wifi or mobile, you choose) and shares it with with certified companies around the world for real life testing. They pay you 3 credits for every 10 MB, and 1000 credits are worth 1$. TBH its pretty bad and i wont get rich over night (or at all for that matter) but ive had a few devices laying around that are usually plugged in anyway, so why not just passively generate a few cent each day? You also get the chance to win up to 10.000 credits (10$) to your normal income each day, which is not bad. You can run it on 2 devices per ip adress and 10 devices in total on basically any OS (they even have a docker image).
I will give this a try for a month or two, check the bandwidth and electicity usage and compare that to my earnings to determine if its actually worth it.
