Hello world of GBAtemp!
Welcome back to saulfabreg Wii VC, and this awesome world of Wii!
Please sorry me because i didn't update my blog on GBAtemp in these last weeks, but now i'm back!!!
In this blog post I will show you my new work with Wii homebrew and Wii scene: i've created some custom Single ROM Loaders (SRL) for some of the best Wii homebrew emulators, for make them run a single game ROM file automatically on startup, by using some arguments in the meta.xml file of each more. This "awakens" also the posibility of making some retro game forwarders for the Wii Menu, like they were VC channels, but running in a custom emulator core.
I knew that some homebrew emulators made for Wii can also be able to autoboot games as they were VC games, in this post by @G0dLiKe: https://gbatemp.net/threads/wii-tut...games-pro-style-restored-from-g0dlike.570395/, but i didn't knew how to do it, and my first tries to do it were unsuccessful.
So, I've followed a tutorial from @libertyernie (thanks libertyernie!) for make these custom SRLs: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-...ader-for-games-skip-the-emulator-menu.520525/

I have to say thanks to the following users for helping me with this great project: @SuperrSonic, @Tetsuo Shima, @RunningSnakes, @Exidous, but also to users @mrt84 and @Zorg1996 for pushing me to make this interesting project and test my custom SRLs in real hardware of Wii & Wii U vWii , thanks to me (@SaulFabre) for testing them in Dolphin, and everyone who collaborates in the scene and use them.
