Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out what these apps are for on my laptop. They keep reappearing even after I do a full redo of the whole system. Does this mean I can play Xbox games on my laptop?

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
