The girl that I like, I told her over facebook that I liked her. She said "what Chris?!?!" So, any idea's how to ask her out. So I do not make the same mistake like the last time.

I've not been following what's going on with you, but why not just ask her if she'd like to go out with you?

Or, just ask her out. There's no trick to it. You just say "Would you like to go on a date sometime?"
Preferably with a specific date (time) and date (activity) planned ahead.
You can also try a variety, like "Hey bb hows you like to go out wit me?"
or "011101110110000101101110011011100
1100001001000000110010001100001011101000110010100111111"
