So, you used xdelta, right? Because I used PPF-O-Matic to patch Track 1.bin file (it was a different game though NBA JAM) and it didn't work.

Can't remember how I did it. It was some years ago. Anyway, I know there are some places where you get the iso patched already, but I can't give any public info about it here, though.

I believe you can say what site it is, in this case cdromance

I can confirm this glitch happens even on original RE : DC through WiiStation.

This is the room where half the screen blinks in black.
