Change Ps4 US to EU Version because subtile

Hi guys,

I wanted to ask you if there is no German subtitle in a game,and if you have a US region game, can you somehow change it to the EU region so that you have German subtitles, that would help me a lot, thank you

Making a new account with a different region (a VPN might be useful here) or changing the system language to German 'might' work. PS4 games are meant to be region free but I haven't tried it myself.
