I do have the snes mini, but man the crt feel is irreplaceable... Otherwise it's perfect for anyone who wouldn't be bothered playing on a modern tv/monitor.
My other alternative is using a pc and a pc crt monitor, i could play games at 240p 120hz. Comparable to a bvm. Black frame insertion is a...
The problem with these is the high resolution displays, for my picky eyes they don't look natural and games look no different than if they were played on a pc lcd monitor. I prefer the ds because it could play gba games pixel perfect.
I settled down with a dsi xl for gb/gbc/gba games, it's the...
For gameboy color, it's either automatically or manually by assigning a hotkey, i think it's "R" by default. (Manual option is used in case the automatic save causes slowdowns).
Save states are also viable.
May i have the discord channel link?

Don't they suffer from darkened graphics? I...
I got myself a wii some days ago, today i got to mess with it. Hearing all the praise and glorification of how good the Wii can play retro games, i was so excited, especially since i have it on a crt tv and knowing i would play a 240p authentic experience.
Unfortunately my excitement didn't...
What would you suggest then?
Personally i keep a ds lite to use the m3ds real with ysmenu just in case(which is actually my first ever ds console i got half a year ago). For Ds games i play on dsi xl, and use the 3ds for 3ds games.
Imo it's not worth it. Just use twilight menu.
On my 3ds i could only start the m3dsreal using twilight menu. It's a bit buggy too, doesn't feel like using it on a ds lite.
I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram
for it tho. Edit- no it uses floppy Ram, just like @AncientBoi
