The graphical issues that you see are entirely dependent on the emulator used. It is not related to the firmware based on what I can tell so far.
You may refer to the compatibility list here for the current Goomba fork I bundled in the zip file...
A while ago I worked on a fork of the Goomba Color emulator that lets you play GB/C games off of a GBA cartridge, calling it Jagoomba Color. You can find it on Github here: https://github.com/EvilJagaGenius/jagoombacolor
With the aid of some...
ANNOUNCEMENT: There is an on-going collaboration between @metroid maniac and I. Currently, I'm tasked to add features such as Goomba. Others such as PocketNES might be included later on.
INFO: If you're unaware of what the SCFW project is...
Done did. I traced the 6 pads on the back side to the Lattice CPLD. I read the datasheet for the CPLD, and measured carefully.
If we flip the PCB such as we see the 6 pads, and the GBA connector is downwards, the pins are as follows:
GND, TMS...
Hey there! I'm back :)
Answering some questions now, thanks for the feedback!
Will the card still support passme to run DS homebrew?
> For now I'm focusing on GBA mode (also my NDS died and I don't have a SuperKey with me for testing)
Looks...
Oh thanks for the passme advice, I found some information that pointed to that but couldn't test it due to my DS being dead. I will try it once it comes back to life.

Ok so about the SRAM and its 128KB capacity.
I chatted with Maniac...
Oh, that makes sense now. I suppose the sellers solder compatible flash memory chips and that would explain the different IDs. I guess I should try to flash within SCFW first since my cart is not bricked.
Your assumption is correct, @JORGETECH. That is the same OFW.FRM I used to build the SCKill-OFW ROM on post#303. Just look at my flash sample pics on post#306. I got two cards from different sellers just to verify if it works and they both show...
Oh cool. So what modifications did you do besides renaming the frm file it uses? Did it work in normal mode or did you have to put it in SCLite mode?
EDIT: Oh wait you did mention using regular mode. So yeah the SD and MicroSD version are the...
Yep, I had to flash twice. Twice the charm as they say .
What I did notice though is that the Flash ID seems to change constantly, but the end-result is achieved at least.
EDIT: Apart from the name of the *.frm file(and replacing the...
I did try replacing the firmware.frm file with ofw.frm, recompiled the source(from Apache Thunder's version 1.0 from github), and then flashed it afterwards.
Guess what... It WORKED FOR ME! I'm attaching a copy of the modified SCKill ROM that...
@metroid maniac
I got SC Lite fw flashing to work properly now! Attached the improved build below. I set it so D-PAD toggles between regular and "Lite" mode. (must select it before hitting A or B).
The scfw boots up and doesn't hang on white...
A more convenient approach is to suggest that the manufacturers of these consoles slightly increase the waiting time for the Slot device in subsequent updates, at least on par with real consoles.
Only thing drive me crazy is all these new horror games nowadays is its so dark, all time. I can't even play them. I understand they trying to create spooky but be creative a little, not just darkness with pop out scare scenes.
