It could be anything. The hardest part is identifying what. Not turning on means a voltage rail got busted. It might be the 3V one, maybe the 5v one, maybe the one handling the processor, maybe the one handling gpu. And even then, identifying which can ve troublesome as it might fry whichever...- JuanMena
