Something might've gotten corrupted. Try installing the patch again on the base ISO. If the exact thing still happens, on the same items, redownload the patch and ISO and try again. Haven't had the issue so I doubt it's the patch itself. -

Somehow its solved by accident, when i was hiding drive's , i accidentally hidden the WiiU drive with "usbhide" wich cause'd corrupted partition so i just formated it in Wiiu , and miracously its not nagging about two usb drives connected anymore
