Does the M3 Lite support zipped files? I'd like to know because I'm deciding on either the 1GB or the 2GB microSD. Thanks.

No it does not, although the client can trim the majority of ROMs which can be anything from a few KB to a few MB.
Well not really on topic but I wish that the M3 team would finally realize that they should have a *.zip filter along with their *.nds filter in their game manager..
