Seems like I didn't explain properly. Xenoblade can't be in the original 3DS, probably because of the overworld as well.

You are wrong. But let's assume for a second that Xenoblade can't be in the original, but can in the "new". Could you elaborate on why?

What makes the "new" model more suitable for it? It's probably not the RAM, since the Wii has less ram than the original 3DS. It's probably not the gpu, since the gpu is exactly the same between the two models. It is not the video ram, because it is the same as the Wii's as well IIRC.

So that leaves the 2 extra cpu cores, after removing a percentage for the improved 3d, which needs to recognize the face, follow it around, and readjust the 3d in real time.

Does it make so much of a difference? And even if it does, why not just reducing a little bit the viewing distance for example, and make it available on the original model?

I'm not Nintendo, so I don't know. But there must be a reason. Probably the new CPU. I don't remember where, but pretty sure it has an improved CPU. Or am I still on August 2014?

The same cpu, the same clock, just 4 cores instead of 2. But Xenoblade was not originally made to run on a 4 core machine anyway, and cpu is not that much important for video game consoles. And much of those two extra cores are for the improved 3d, which is cpu intensive.

Why most Nintendo fanboys can't simply admit that Nintendo is greedy and their marketing department LIES, is beyond me.

No one would have a problem with the New 3DS, if it didn't have exclusive games. It has improved 3D, the CPP embedded, NFC amiibo support. Many would buy it regardless. Why screw 50m customers?

Er, you realize the New 3DS is like the DSi, right? Obviously there are going to be exclusive games for it.

I personally am not buying it, unless they announce an exclusive that I really want.

I always provide facts to back up my arguments. The specs speak for themselves, the original 3DS model could handle any port from Gamecube/Wii, including Xenoblade. Xenoblade is not that graphically intensive, i am playing it right now on Dolphin and i am amazed so many Nintendo fans ate their excuses up... Seriously, if you think that Xenoblade is more graphically intensive than Resident Evil Revelations, you need your eyes examined...
Do you understand that it takes more resources to draw a large open world with a vast draw-distance compared to a closed in corridor?
