Zelda Spirit Tracks Street Date Broken? (Or Ad Misprint?)

I'm sitting here looking at the Conn's Appliances Black Friday ad, and they clearly list Zelda: Spirit tracks on sale for 34.99.

There are no dates, no astericks, nothing. Did they screw up in printing the ad, or did they screw up and break the street date?
