Hacking Zelda PAL on a NTSC-US Wii

Question: I have the PI release of Zelda PAL and it won't open in brick blocker but regionfrii recognizes it. I region patched it but I haven't burned it. I have looked around and people have been saying they haven't had any luck with this. Has anyone gotten it to work on a NTSC-US Wii?

It took 3 weeks to download ( crappy internet connection )
