About that torrent, i found it earlier on, around 9 hours ago, and when i tried to download it, the file name changed to one of the file names of a C:\ folder.
I immediately deleted it, do not download it, it's most likely fake.

I don't think Over the Nexus has just 128 mb. Honestly, Stardust Accelerator and Reverse of Arcadia both had 256 mb, and adding new cards and new gameplay gimmicks should make the game bigger, not smaller. It's more plausible that it has 512 mb than 128 mb. Unless it is just a plain boring World Championship game (which is not since it does have a story), it can't have 128 mb.
they finally took the out the god awful gay 2d 3d or watever the hell SPRITES therfore reducing lag and annoying stupiod things that contribute NOTHING to the game

Yeah, they did, but they still added more cards, and also added the turbo dueling with 2 partners, which will compensate the loss of space from those sprites.

Lol,are you kidding me ?The size of 1 card image is far less than a monster 3D animation.

Reverse of Arcadia - 3556(Including the 3D crap thing).

Over the Nexus - 4200 (644 more cards,excluding the 3D animations).

Turbo dueling barely has any size, since it only uses maps and an animation of a moving motorcycle...
So unless they added around 2000 - 3000 turbo dueling maps, this game shouldn't be over 150 mb in size.

i usually check "ds-scene dot net" or lurk around here.

or google it
yaynds.gif

Well I wouldn't bother with Google unless I know it's dumped or if I know the exact file name... So errr no.

yeah google isn't that effective if you search randomly :S
As for , Unless you're talking about the forum, it's been dead for almost a year now.
DS-Scene seems to be updated at-the-hour so i'll probably stick with it until the release
Thx for the replies guys ^^

Cards take up a lot less file space than you think. It's a low-quality jpg, a bit of text, and a few lines of code to specify it's stats & effect. Card effects are probably function-based, so all the cards, for example, that when attacking a def position monster do the leftover atk to life points all have a small flag that turns on the effect. (I've thought a lot about how the games work because I kinda want to make a Python Yu-Gi-Oh! Game that actually knows the rules unlike all the other homebrew ones)

QUOTE(FlashX007 @ Feb 23 2011, 07:43 PM) Sprites were never needed anyway. I don't know why they ever thought that made the game good. I'm gonna wait till tomorrow for a better results. Whatever gets released tonight might not be the whole thing or dumped wrong.

Don't tell me you don't think having Augmented-Reality Yu-Gi-Oh! duels like in the anime would be cool.

It would be cool but it's for the ds dude I'd be happy even without it as long as I get to play. It was just shitty and they never worked on it.

No for 1 reason, because in the anime their Virtual Technology was "Perfect".

In the real world it'll only be a headache with tons of glitches and bugs.

Ah reality? Lol I didn't read that clearly lol. Of course I'd love it and overuse the dueldisk/bike. Rofl.
Augmented Reality like the 3DS cards, but...Yu-Gi-Oh duels. Through the 3D camera to your eyes. I think it'd be amazing.
