Just wonderin', is there anything like a save editor for this game?
I have a M3 perfect/passcard.

There is a save-game file floating around the net that has 9 of each card. As far as I know, that's the closest you will get.

I have been looking at the format of the save-game file for YuGiOh GX a bit, myself, though. It would be nice to have an editor for this game. I'd be especially nice to edit your deck on a PC instead of on the DS.

Anyway, I would be interested to find out if anyone else has any other info about this, too!

Try Gamefaqs and convert the Action Replay files. PM me if you want them or they can be found with Google.
