Yu-Gi-Oh Games

    There are lots of yu-gi-oh games at least 6 differente ones, do you guys think that the money spent creating them, makes any profit to the producers?

    probably, if they keep making them its got to be good for something right?

    i dont think theyre like m$ who have shitloads of money to burn
    i heard they lost like 50 million on the original xbox

    consider that they are for different consoles and different times, they are not released on same day for 1 console.

    do u think Konami doesnt know the way of game industry? if not, who will?

    barely all the GBA and NDS ones are alike i believe they do not have to change that much all the time.
    the main code for duelling is allways the same i believe ... so just minor changes

    card updates. It's enought to make fans spend money for EVERY new game.

    Well, basically, you make the first one and the rest are almost the same, you just update the cards a little and add a couple of new sprites.
    Then you release it and hope that millions and millions of fanatic children beg their parents to buy a copy.

    But I love Card games on consoles =)
