ROM Hack YSMenu and TTMenu wont save US or European heart gold

So hg was working fine on previous firmwares/ext, info and sav libs. It was patched with the Suxxors patch, and played my sav perfectly.

Now, when I try to play my sav with the Unofficial DSTT Kernel_v117a13_rev32(JAP), I get errcode -6. When I try to play it with a clean ROM and my sav, it doesn't recognise the sav. When I try to play with a clean rom and NO sav, it doesn't save, giving me a blue screen, saying the backup memory is something or other, and saving is impossible. When I play with the 6.30 ext/info/sav by Pong I get the same thing.


I'm at a loss for what to do. It feels like I've tried damn near everything.

I have a DSTTi. Yes, I did try a blank sav, jurassicplayer. It wont save, and gives me a blue screen in-game saying something about backup memory and it being impossible to save. My current sav opens up fine in pokesav, and I can play the rom perfectly fine in Desume with my current save. I don't get why it doesn't work on the latest everything on my DSTT. :/

Maybe you will have to wait for WoodDSTT to be fully released by someone on temp who used the source code.

Well this is odd...it appears the brand new 1.18 firmware fixed it. Weird...

Anndd...now I can't get White to run freaking errcode -5, even when I replace the infolib, extinfo and savlibs with their 6.30 versions

Ok, it looks like the problem is in Pong's new TTMENU.DAT. While it can run B/W, it causes Pokemon hg/ss to get an errcode -6.

Patched hg gives me errcode -6, clean hg gives me the same problem you have.

I'm positive something is wrong with the TTMenu.dat.

When does Pong get unsuspended? I might PM him

Good to know I'm not the only one. English patched B/W get errcode -4 as well, incidentally.

I wish the TT scene was more lively
