Hacking YS Menu problem loading games

I use YS Menu with no problems playing games like Bowser's Inside Story,but lately I discovered an annoying problem.Whenever I try to load some games from my card using YS Menu it crashes without even loading the game.The strange thing is that these games load fine just using the R4 menu but no luck with YS Menu.I have 1.26 Kernel and everything runs fine from there,but when I download a game AFTER YS menu installation, it does not boot at all.Does anyone knows why is this happening?Are there specific rom versions compatible to YS Menu?Thanks in advance.

I had a problem where Roms that used to work on YSmenu stopped - solved by copying the original back onto my card.
