Quick question:

I'm trying a second attempt at a CT, and when I got to making the KCL, EFE just never makes it and stops responding. I left it for around 10 minutes and yet nothing.

What I think is wrong is that I didn't put the model through Sketchup, since I have no way of importing OBJs into it at the moment.

Do I need to put it through a program like Sketchup to make the textures and

you probably have a low end PC. Keep it running for a half hour and maybe it'll work.

Yeah, I'm doing all this on my laptop.
I'll leave it loading for a while to see if anything comes of it.

It's most likely the KMP. That's really easy to mess up and it tends to be the major reason a CT will whitescreen.

Your KMP is screwed up. There's no start line, so enemy routes only has 6 points, the checkpoints are messed up, there is no previous or next value for anything

Just releasing the first BETA of my first custom track, is pretty finished but it has some bugs here and there. Plus the minimap is a bit displaced and the kmp file is not finished yet, so dont expect amazing races against CPU

Just tested it, the only problem I see is that sometimes you can't see where are you going, other than that, great job
