I find battle tracks easier to do then racing tracks since I don't have to worry about crashing. Although, I don't know how to edit the starting point for battle tracks. Other then that, it does have a few issues that are fixable. For example, some objects I accidently put together (coin clips into tree), and the CPU routes are incomplete, but I plan to fix it later. Other than the ugly gem textures I tried to create, I like the way the course looks.

Edit: I also forgot to say that there are some spots where game lags

Nice. It looks like if DK's Jungle Parkway was made into a battle course.

I tried to make Luigi Circuit GBA for my 1st CT...

And it's a buggy mess.

sigh... I give up I guess.

Heres the buggy version if you want it...

I would love to see some custom Balloon battle maps
Someone already made one.

An interesting fact: I was actually thinking of Spyro when I made this track.
You designed and modelled the whole thing? Nice!

A little off topic but can anyone help me find some tools to hack textures in MK7 please
1. Download EFE (above)
2. Open the szs you want to edit
3. Open the course name.bcmdl
4. Click green leaf
5. Save
6. Edit textures in image program
7. File --- new from file --- nintendo 3ds plugin --- ctr graphics (cgfx)
8. make sure model is named the same as the old one
9. Save BCRES
10. Open szs file
11. Right click on the course file --- replace
12. Find BCRES and open it
13. Save
14. Profit

Well... the trees (I grabbed it from Toad Circuit) and other kmp objects were not created by me, most of the textures were used from various Nintendo tracks (although I did some simple edits with some of the textures on Krita), and I copied the jump pad from the battle course I used to put this track into. Other than that, I did make the model and designed it.

That's how most custom tracks are made.

I've got a shitty CT coming tonight if anyone's interested

That would contradict to much, making a CT for SMK, MKDS, and MKW is hard, making one for MK7 is equally hard, if not, harder.
This is due to the limitations MK7 has, and the lack of decent non-illegal Tools.
