Myself I do not really care, mainly as I tend to read until I have caught up where I left off.

However more than any placement if you want me to read your post then make sure it has a good title. Possibly even a title where you would think it is redundant because you posted it in the correct section (I am not used to this widescreen lark yet and so I do not always have the forum section in my eyeline.

I think he meant a post within a thread, not a new topic.
