    I love Zelda 3. I hate RPGs ...

What else is there out there (on any system) that plays like A Link To The Past (all action and puzzle goodness) but isn't too heavy on the RPG/Turnbased rubbish?

    Earthbound is turn-based.

The Mana series is probably the most obvious non-Zelda Action-RPG series.

There's also the Soul Blazer games (Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, Terranigma). - And Ys.

Some RPG's blur the line, such as the Tales and Star Ocean games, but these are still closer to traditional RPGs...

Oh, and besides the 2 Genesis games already mentioned above, Crusader of Centy is about as close to a Zelda 3 rip-off as they come (not as good, but not bad either).

    Willow [Nes] (Zelda 1 clone)
    Story of Thor [genesis/megadrive]
Land stalker [genesis/megadrive], (Lady stalker, [snes])
    Ganbare Goemon [N64]
JRR Tolkien's Lord of the ring Book 1 [Snes] (very slow at first look, but good game)

Ultima series [PC, snes, other ?] (I played U7 first)

Maybe only action, not RPG :
    Jurassic park [snes] ?
    Zombies ate my neighbors [snes/genesis]

There is a Zelda 3 clone on Snes, within Far-West landscape. I don't remember the name, but it's a very bad game [IMG]
