This is in the Hacking & Homebrew section.Pirated games?
Yeah. Assuming the process even removes your save, you can just copy your save folders to another location. Copied and pasted the following info from a piracy thread so I don't know if it's okay to give the link, but you can find the source by copying and pasting a line into Google within quotes. Thanks! Can I keep my save data if I redump my game with this?
you have to refresh livearea by pressing triangle while on the root folders in vita shellI tried the NoNPDrm thing and its not working for me. It simply is not reading the vita folders in my APP in uxo directory.
There is a workaround to fix this:
1: Change the Time Format to 12-Hour Clock
2: Backup and delete "ux0:\user\00\savedata_backup\list.dat" file
3: Create a folder named "list.dat"
Example
"ux0:\user\00\savedata_backup\list.dat\"
its not an enso bug its a bug with vitamin and mai dumps and even with this "fix" it still happens here and thereI had the same prob, it's bug with Enso, I used the 12H clock trick to fix it, like HtheB said
I confirm it's a Enso bug, as persona 4 is my own copy from the psstore, not a dump done by vitamin nor mai dumpits not an enso glitch its a glitch with vitamin and mai dumps and even with this "fix" it still happens here and there
I can confirm it happened WAY before enso was even a thing and hasn't happened ever since I started using nonpdrmI confirm it's a Enso bug, as persona 4 is my own copy from the psstore, not a dump done by vitamin nor mai dump![]()

i think i had this done a long time ago, and what the op stated has happened to one of the game i played too.
and i believe it is even a Npdrm backup.
ys celceta.
save disappeared.
it's not an enso bug.
that bug only happens in games dumped by mai/vitamin, and it has been happening a long time before enso was a thing. it was NOT a legit persona copy then if it has happened to you ^^.
it is known what causes this bug and is prooven that it can only happen on decrypted games (mai/vt dumps)
I did. It doesn't do anything. Let me give you the timeline.you have to refresh livearea by pressing triangle while on the root folders in vita shell

1. I put Ys VIII in the app folder
2. I got the vitadumper, put it ur0: tai
3. Went into ur0: tai/config.txt and inserted the proper lines
4. Went to root, refresh livearea (added 0 items)
5. rebooted Vita
6. Nothing
There is no ux0:tai/First of all, you need to add the plugin to the config.txt then reboot for the plugin to load and AFTER THAT refresh the livearea with the plugin active.
Also it's worth mentioning that the config.txt will NOT be loaded from ur0 if a config in ux0 exists. (if you're using an sd2vita adapter you have to use ur0. if you're not using the adapter you can just use the config.txt in ux0:/tai/)
If it still doesn't work you might want to check if the game you want to install is in the right format for the method you're trying to use.
