Hacking You can you use Sky3ds on your powersave if the game is not a EEPROM

I was playing Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and i thought i should put it in my powersave and it worked then i tried it on Pokemon OR and it worked. then I looked on my disk writer and the two pokemon games aren't EEPROM.
