Homebrew Yo-Kai Watch 3 (Sukiyaki) Audio Dump?

Hi!
I wanted to dump the audio for Yo-Kai Watch 3 (the Japanese version), specifically, the summoning audio, for a project, but my 3DS is broken, and my parents (despite me reassuring them that it is relatively safe) will only allow me to Homebrew a system that I bought, so I can't hack my brother's 3DS. Is there a way to do a data dump with just a rom? If not, could someone send me an audio dump? I tried to find a data dump elsewhere, but the YW community is relatively small.

You can dump the audio files with a ROM of the japanese Yo-kai Watch 3 and the tool Kuriimu 2. I recently dumped the audio and voices from Yo-kai Watch Blasters.
