We have recently had a lot of people die on the news lately, but one thing many have probably overlooked is the death of a fine mascot

Taco Bell Dog Dead: Gidget, the Chihuahua who starred in those horrible “Yo Quiero Taco Bell” commercials, died of a stroke yesterday at the age of 15. Fun fact: Gidget also had a cameo in “Legally Blonde 2? and appeared in a 1990s commercial for the board game “Trivial Pursuit.” [People Pets]

I used to make jokes about the Taco Bell dog, but I take it all back now. It doesn't say there but he passed away yesterday, on the 22 of July, 2009.

Strokes are quite common in dogs and he was old 15 years is quite old for most small dogs. Rest In Peace my friend you deserve it.
