Hacking Yes/no question about vitas on older firmwares!

Newbie here! So i have a vita on 3.67 and I've bought a vita game that is downloaded on my memory card (from the psn store and using my own account obvs). Now i want to put this memory card into a new, UNACTIVATED 3.60 vita (with henkaku etc.) to play it as normal. (i don't need to play it connected to the Internet)

Will this work???

I believe the answer to that is no. You would need to delete the file that links the memory card to the 3.67 Vita before putting it in the 3.60 one first of all. Second the game itself wouldn't play because in it's official state it is tied to your PSN id via console activation.

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think I am.
