Homebrew YATA+ "Use BGM" is nowhere to be found

I'm trying to make a theme, and whenever I open my body_lz.bin I get the "This theme has a bgm.bcstm, but it doesn't have the "Use BMG" flag checked in the settings"

Whenever I go into Theme Settings, It's not under Flags.
