Y.B.X and A buttons

    I never thought what dose Y,B,X and A on the gamepad buttons stand for and why? [​IMG]

    A & B just ´cause they´re easy and X & Y ´cause are common in math.

    Sega Genesis/Mega Drive controllers (6 buttons) have letter Z button - it does make sense it used common in math.

    then theres the original xbox and 360 controllers that have a,b and x,y in order, oppostie to the way nintendo has it
    personally, i dont really like how they did that, im so used to nintendo's way
