I can be just playing pocket NES or a GBA rom and the machine will just reboot. It started doing this about a year ago and now it's getting more frequent. is it due to the battery? any one else with this issue? I have owned this card since jan. 2006.

    Somewhere in this potatoland!
    - What Flashcart are you using?
    - Try playing original GBA/GB/GBC games and see if it reboots
    - Try playing Flashed GBA games and see if it reboots

1-X-Rom 512 (Flashed with little writer ver. 1.0.8.4)
2-I have played actual cartridges and not have the problem
3-I figured at first it was pocket NES, then it started doing it on GBA roms and doesn't matter which one i'm playing.
I just want to know if it's a battery issue before i deal with trying to solder another in or if it's a chip issue.
    Thank you for the interest.

Could be a battery problem, it's easier to replace the battery to find out if that's the problem if you have the right tools and it can't harm anything if you do it correct :)
If the problem then persist, then it's a bigger problem (you can't just replace the chip)
