ROM Hack Xorpad of Omega Ruby US

I want to try out citra, but I downloaded a encrypted ROM which needs to be decrypted. You need a 3ds to get xorpad for omega ruby in order to decript it which I don't have in the moment. Can somebody share me the xorpad of Omega Ruby US?

(My internet connection is really slow, that is why I don't want to download the whole decrypted version of it again which will take forever.)

Look/ask on that iso site for one, or find a decrypted rom. Xorpads are the same size as the rom itself, so you are better off finding a decrypted copy anyways.
