Yes, at long last, we have confirmation of a Xenoblade localization, at least in one territory. Nintendo of Europe just confirmed that they’re publishing the game via a new teaser site for Xenoblade Chronicles.

Xenoblade is a Wii role-playing game developed by Monolith Soft, developers of the XenoSaga games, in collaboration with Nintendo. To read more about the title, you can follow our coverage using the Xenoblade tag.

Nintendo of Europe is so great sometimes. Always localizes games that seem to be left behind by NoA...

What I think of the game I already have elaborated on numerous time on many threads here but I think the game looks fantastic. Be it the overall story, premise, scale or battle-system the game looks fantastic and I cannot wait to get my hands on it.

Hopefully it won`t take them too long but I guess the game is rather huge so it wouldn`t be a surprise if it would come out in the 3rd or 4th quarter...

Excellent news. I've always wanted to play it in Japanese but the immense knowledge of the language that would take would be overwhelming.

Pretty bad that NTSC-U isn't getting this... at least for now. I'll look forward to the scene release, then.
Oh yeah?

I could see why Disaster didn't make it to the US because it was pretty bad so no interest for NoA and also Another Code: R didn't make it because the first didn't sell too well over there either...neither no great loss really to you guys.

However Xenoblade has been received very well and with NoE getting it localised I can see NoA wanting to pick it up seeing all they'll have to do is just release it.

I think its a good sign for The Last Story seeing that has more interest than this game and also has the "from the creator of Final Fantasy" tag for it.

Oh lord yes finally. I tried playing the Japanese version and loved what i could get through, but the whole not being able to read Japanese thing definitely held back my experience. OffTopic: 900th post.
