Xecuter2.6 + 5035 Bios + 500gb Hd -> Files Corruption

Hiya!!!

I have an xecuter2.6ce + 5035 bios xbox with a 500GB HDD... I have installed XBMC (latest svn build) and it appears that the xbox recognises OK the full HD capacity... all my free space is in F: (I used the XBMC AID dvd to setup all automatically)
I use avalaunch+qwix to transfer my games... the problem is that after ~200GB of free space it appears that random games get deleted and replaced by others.... there are some directory entries on the list with games that used to exist but without any files at all...
what am I doing wrong?

in case someone else faces this problem, the solution was to format the extended partition with XBPARTITIONER 1.1 , now the disk is OK....
