Homebrew XDELTA File help.

So i am trying to install Star Sapphire with HANS [ As you can see i am very impatience ]. However when I download it I get a file called .xdelta I know it is for game patches but I have two questions
1) How do I install it with HANS?
2) Do I need to remove updates for this to work?
