I'm on 6.2, tried CFW ReiNX and Kosmos.
Tried installing several xci files, says installed ok, but nothing was on home screen?

prod.keys was generated via lockpick when using payload hekate_ctcaer_4.6_svc.bin, and was copied to the root of the sd card.

Any idea what's my problem?

I read somewhere use kezplez payload to generate the keys instead, is there a difference?

Have you installed it according to the zzerotwoxci instructions?

Yes have done this
Instructions:
  1. Put your keys on the root of your sd called prod.keys (I recommend using kezplez to get the keys due to it formatting the keys correctly because weird formatting can mess it up)
  2. To use it just place the XCI in /tinfoil/zerotwoxci/gamehere.xci

Instead of kezplez, I used the new lockpick to get the prod.keys

The installation finished fine but theres nothing on home screen. Tried different games, differnt SD card, differnt switch as well. Both ReiNX and Kosmos.

The keys seems to be fine as I can use that to covert xci to nsp and install.

So I might have done something wrong somewhere?

ZeroTwoXci is the latest from gitlab 0.1.1 CRC32: 938EA69F

Sorry my bad, actually it might be other problem, the games didn't finish the installation.
Didn't notice this.

By looking at the screen output closely,
The eu version game install errored out with code 0x00236e02 always,
some .nca is corrupt so the installation can not be finished.
It could be a bad xci dump,
or the fs_mitm should be removed.
or maybe exFAT problem?

The us version game install crashed the system with code 2168-0002 always

The dump should be ok.

Is fs_mitm.kpi doing anything on ReiNX by default? (I know what it does).
Might try disable this one

FS_mitm is required to boot reinx now. What system version are you on?

I suspect the game requires a later version

Disable fs_mitm.kpi would make ReiNX unable to boot.
Tried FAT32 SD card, same error :(
Also even install to system nand has the same error.
Kosmos 11.9.1 has the same problem.

Am I been unlucky like all the xci files I've tried are bad dump?

I'm from 4.1 updated to 6.2exFAT using ChoiDuJourNX

The games I've tried to install are all very old ones, like mario kart 8, poyu poyu, zelda wild breath
the very beginning releases on the switch

I think Mario Kart 8 Deluxe poyupoyu, and zelda breath of the wild would not need firmware higher than 4.1

Plus why would higher firmware requirement prevent you from installing the xci

Okay if you are already on 6.2, it's not liking you then for some reason, no idea why, as it should be working. My only suggestion then is to convert them to nsp and use usb install with tinfoil

So I did some more testing, it seems ZeroTwoXci is not working well for me on 6.2 Kosmos/ReiNX.
All xci files ended with the same error mentioned above.

Tried n1dus and it installed all xci fine for me.
So there could be some bug in zerotwoxci at the moment.

I also found that, some xci converted using xci2nsp can be installed but can not be started.
The same xci converted using 4NXCI has no problem. It seems 4nxci works a little better.

I might send the author some data/feedback on these two problems.

I ran into the same issue as OP. But the keys I used were dumped from emuNAND (SD Partition) and not sysNAND.

Once I replaced the prod.keys with the right ones (sysNAND), the title appeared on home screen (emuNAND).

Hope this helps someone!
