Hacking XCI files to large for FAT32

Hello everyone.

I am sure this has been answered before but I cant seem to find it anywhere. So I know it is recommended to have the SD card as FAT32 but it doesnt allow for files sizes over 4GB to be written to it.
How do you get the XCI files transferred into it?
I am currently using SX OS.

Once the files have been split and put into the SD card does SX OS put it all back together? Or do I have to use another app to do that?
