I am in process of importing now through Title Manager, but on screen it is showing File Size is not same as Required Size... Is that normal/ok?

Hi, I am trying the same thing, the only difference is I dont have a CN cart, is this possible without CN cart? I tried to load pastacfw from a CN Rom but it doesnt work.
