Greetings! I recently purchased a supposedly water-damaged Xbox One S that does not turn on at all. I have dissasembled it, cleaned it thoroughly and left it for a while. I tried to power it up but to no avail. I have connected the PSU to electricity and measured 14.6V instead of 12V. so now I am not sure if the PSU is okay or not. Any thoughts? I also ordered the power mosfets that are the usual fault. But I still dont know if the PSU itself isnt faulty. Thank you for any help!

14.6V is a bit High for a 12V Rail. It's 22% more than normal. +/-10% would be in Spec but not 22%

You should put a Load on it and measure it under Load, some PSUs regulate themselves under Load.
