You can copy off of your old HDD if it still works. It will be in the X: drive as bootanim

It may return when Microsoft releases the next software revision and you update your console. I am not sure though.

It's not as simple as converting a file type. If that were the case we would have custom boot videos galore. You need to source the actual file from somewhere or wait and see if it is restored in the next software release.

    WTF?
have you tried what has been said?

    And do you know google.com?
It is a very good search portal.

    It will find almost everything!!!
    It shows me this:
    https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/0B1dVghgrDEb7d0FieWdBeVh5VWM
    2nd hit.

Sorry, but you dont know what and how to do anything here.
I hope the xbox is still o.k.
Im pretty sure you only forgot to plug in the power cord...

Ok, I boot up with my new HDD and all seems to be fine, but when I tries to update my FW from dashbord I get an e100 on the third stage, but if I put my original drive - all goes fine and system successfully updated. I do not understand why I have an error only with a new drive =(

Can you try the offline update with the most recent OSU1 files?

Unfortunately I do not know how to fix that. It seems strange the console would boot and games can be played yet it won't update.

16v might be onto something there. If you're enrolled in the insider preview program the OSU1.zip would be older than the installed software and not work.

However a few pages back another member had that exact issue and his console wouldn't even boot. Still you could try copying the contents of your old HDD X: partition to the new one.

If it were me I would just wait until Microsoft releases the next firmware and see if that works.

Hello, I have a question. I've done everything in the "Repair/Replace" YT Video and it all worked up until I had to do the offline update from the flash drive I have the OSU1 files on, it doesn't even let me get to 1% before telling me "Something went wrong E101" and from reading the main post, it seems that's because I'm part of the inside program. I was wondering if, since I don't have my old HDD available, if someone else has the A/B Files, they can upload them and I could download them to my new SHDD and it'll work like that or do I actually have to wait for Xbox to put out the new update containing the most recent files from the Insider Program?
